The Parsnip consists of a conical Urias® Johnston Splint, coatings and pump.
The cover is washable for added comfort and hygiene.
2 coatings are foreseen, so that it can be washed regularly without the person having to miss the splint.
The splint is with the tip from the index finger by the hand-drawn closed by pulling on the loop until the desired location is reached.
Next, pump the Urias®-Johnstone splint on by means of the pump until the desired thickness is reached.
For the removal of the Parsnip one crosses the pump inverted in the tube.
The Parsnip splint is easy to use and can be installed by an attendant or family member.
The splint and the coating can be washed by hand, using a mild soap and lukewarm water.
